appreciable difference

Where the buyers believe there is an appreciable difference in quality, not later than 2 business days after receipt of the sample they may inform the sellers by cable or telex of same and advise them at the same time whether (i) they wish to accept the goods with or without an allowance or (ii) discharge the contract with or without an allowance.
